Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition Tasks (70%):
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple technical positions across various technology stacks within the Engineering team.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and CEO to understand hiring needs, team structure, and candidate requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, job board and communities.
Proactively approach and engage passive candidates for critical hiring needs.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and salary negotiations.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on IT hiring trends, market insights, and talent movements to support recruitment strategies.
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and hiring effectiveness.
Administrative Tasks (20%):
Organize and manage office administrative tasks.
Assist the Internal Communication with planning and organizing happy hours, birthdays, company trips, team-building activities, and other events.
Process office expenses and prepare payment requests.
Human Resources Tasks (10%):
Track employee attendance, timesheets, and annual leave.
Assist with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing/software development industry and technical roles.
Hands-on experience recruiting for multiple technology stacks such as .NET, Java, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, BA, PM, etc.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across recruitment platforms and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, communities, referrals, etc.).
Proven ability in candidate screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools/platforms.
Nice to Have
Experience working in IT outsourcing or software development companies.
Experience in employer branding or internal communication activities.
Familiarity with HR systems, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
