Mô tả công việc
Draft, post, and manage job advertisements on various channels (company website, social media, job boards, etc.).
Search for, screen, and contact candidates; arrange interviews.
Participate in initial interviews (and/or professional interviews if needed).
Support in organizing recruitment events.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
Prepare regular recruitment reports as required.
Participate in other HR projects as assigned.
Yêu cầu
College or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
Good communication, and candidate evaluation skills.
Good in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and online recruitment platforms.
High sense of responsibility, proactive, and quick to adapt.
Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
