Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies for open positions.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and industry events.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates for further consideration.
- Schedule and conduct individual and panel interviews, utilizing effective questioning techniques to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate reference checks and background screenings.
- Extend and negotiate offers of employment in accordance with company policies.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Manage administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process, including maintaining candidate databases and records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Head of Talent Acquisition.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
- Enthusiasm for the manufacturing industry and a passion for building a strong talent pipeline.
