Mô tả công việc

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing candidates and preparing them for selection process; work professionally with hands on recruiting in a fast-growing organization; fulfil the vacancies in the most effective and efficient way with suitable candidates based on proper recruitment procedure with some duties below.
Do job analysis and identify suitable applicants through effective job matching.
Plan & execute the recruitment campaigns for Freshers: Rookies Program, Job Fairs, Career orientation workshop...
Implement appropriate methods (advertisements or directories) to attract appropriate applicants.
Interview applicants within equal employment opportunity guidelines and establish competencies level against project requirement.
Conduct and manage interview process, moderate all related interview resources.
Optimize recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.
Support other work assigned by recruiting manager.

Yêu cầu

Open for final year students or freshers who dream to be a Talent Acquisition and interested in Rookie activities.
At least one (1) years of experience in recruitment field
IT industry knowledge is a plus
Good English both in written & spoken skills
Good command in using MS. Office software
Strong communication skill
Good interpersonal & teamwork skills
Be able to work under high pressure
