Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various medical positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment to ensure a high-quality pool of applicants.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as nursing schools or medical associations, to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to medical talent acquisition.
Do employer branding activities. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
