Olam Agri Vietnam Factory at Kien Thanh Industrial Cluster, Ap 3, Long Cang Commune, Tay Ninh Province (Company shuttle bus is provided from District 1, Ho Chi Minh City at 7:30 AM, taking approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes to reach the factory)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with local stakeholders and expatriate managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
• Support new hire onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate training requests from departments and liaise with external training providers.
• Process training-related documentation, purchase requests, and payment arrangements.
• Maintain training records and monitor employee participation.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and internal events.
• Assist with internal communications, employee recognition initiatives, and company activities.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects and other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or General HR.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with expatriate managers, particularly Indian stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
