Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass)

Job Description:
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct thorough screening of resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
Perform interviews and initial assessments to evaluate candidates' capabilities, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruitment managers and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with recruitment managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Provide guidance and support to recruitment managers on interview methods, selection, and training processes.
Conduct reference checks and verify the backgrounds of selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on candidates and recruitment activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment strategies, and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience. Preference for candidates with experience in mass recruitment.
Understanding and experience in using multiple channels to reach candidates.
Preference for candidates with experience in deploying and using HR software, and building and implementing performance evaluations.
