As Talent Acquisition Specialist in our team, you will:
Recruitment Planning & Strategy
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and define hiring priorities.
- Propose and track hiring timelines, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment of staffing needs.
Job Design & Candidate Profiling
- Work with managers to develop accurate and attractive job descriptions.
- Create interview questions and assessments that reflect each position's requirements and company values.
Sourcing & Screening
- Actively source and attract top talent through job portals, social networks, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess cultural and technical fit.
- Recommend and implement tools or methods to enhance candidate qualification processes (e.g., assessments, case studies).
Candidate Engagement & Experience
- Manage end-to-end candidate communications with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Build a positive candidate experience and maintain long-term relationships with talent pools for future hiring needs.
Onboarding New Hires
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Prepare welcome materials, onboarding plans, and introduction schedules.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey and gather feedback to improve the process.
Employer Branding
- Collaborate with the to strengthen the company's employer brand.
- Support creating and promoting content (e.g., recruitment posts, team stories, culture highlights) across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, or careers pages.
- Represent the company in job fairs, networking events, and online communities to enhance visibility.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with teams across the company to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insights.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes for better speed, experience, and outcome.
- Stay updated on market trends, recruitment technology, and industry best practices.
Yêu cầu
At least 02 years of experience as an
IT Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the IT Product industry
Have experience in hiring for both tech and non-tech positions
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, love to learn attitude, digital savvy, eager with new trends and technologies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High sense of responsibility, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
