Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement alignment with Hiring Managers, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, tracking hiring progress, and supporting the offer and onboarding process.
Advertising opens jobs to attract candidates from both internal & external.
Manage and maintain recruitment data within the ATS to ensure reporting accuracy.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track hiring performance and support data-driven decisions.
Contribute to TA process and operational improvement initiatives, including AI-driven recruitment tools and automation projects.
Proactively build a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool.
Yêu cầu
Around 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and employer branding across platforms.
Experience building or maintaining Talent Acquisition dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, PowerBI, or ATS-native reporting tools.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with mind-mapping tools (e.g., XMind) is a plus.
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a supportive mindset when working with cross-functional teams.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of
digital marketing or PR related to employer branding and recruitment campaigns is a plus.
