We are seeking a highly motivated
Talent Acquisition Supervisor
to lead large-scale recruitment activities and drive hiring success across multiple BPO and Call Center projects.
Key Responsibilities
Mass Recruitment Strategy
Plan and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns to achieve hiring targets within agreed timelines.
Expand and optimize sourcing channels, including social media platforms, community networks, and recruitment vendors.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support urgent hiring demands and reduce candidate drop-off rates.
Stakeholder & Workforce Planning
Collaborate with Operations Managers to forecast weekly and monthly hiring needs.
Ensure recruitment SLAs and Time-to-Fill targets are met.
Provide market insights and recommend process improvements to increase interview conversion and hiring success rates.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and motivate the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals.
Monitor key recruitment metrics, including sourcing productivity, interview attendance, and onboarding rates.
Support recruiters in developing effective screening and candidate closing techniques.
Reporting & Process Excellence
Manage recruitment dashboards and provide regular updates on hiring progress, risks, and forecasts.
Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance speed, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and labor regulations.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Mass/Volume Hiring, preferably within a BPO environment.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Excel skills with experience in reporting and dashboard management.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong leadership, accountability, and results-oriented mindset.
