At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Solid understanding of the IT industry.
Proficient in using various recruitment channels and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for sourcing and talent acquisition.
Strong recruitment skills: job description creation, candidate sourcing and selection, talent hunting, engaging passive candidates, conducting interviews, and offer negotiations.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
