Overview
Our company is seeking a talented and motivatedTalent Acquisition Internto join our dynamic team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. As an intern, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team, learn about the recruitment process, and contribute to various projects.
Responsibilities
Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition's recruiting process.
Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions.
Schedule high-volume requests of candidates for interviews.
Assist in creating and editing internal communications materials (emails, newsletters, intranet content).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for communication initiatives.
Help organize and execute company-wide events.
Assist in planning and organizing HR-related events.
Help track candidate progress.
Provide on-ground support during company events.
Participate in special Talent Acquisition projects.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Currently an undergraduate inHumanResources/ BusinessAdministration/ Marketing/Public Relations/... related fields.
Full-time internships
Have a positive mindset
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
Dynamic, creative, enthusiastic.
Have your own laptop to facilitate work
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
