FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Ensure we hire the best possible talent by:
Handling end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.
Focusing on culture interviews while working closely with Hiring Managers to understand overall needs and requirements.
Building a strong candidate pool through multiple channels: references, networking, internal database, Google, LinkedIn, social media, etc.
REPORTS TO: Senior Talent Recruitment Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
1. Recruit Mass Positions - 60%
Conduct culture interviews for all positions assigned to the job holder, ensuring qualified candidates join the company.
Search, screen, and introduce potential CVs to Hiring Managers.
Coordinate and arrange onboarding programs for successful candidates.
2. Recruit Home Office Positions - 10%
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and efficiently fill open positions.
Advertise jobs, screen resumes, and select qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening interviews (telephone and in-person).
Make hiring recommendations based on criteria provided.
Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting plans and processes.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, procedures, and techniques, recommending improvements where needed.
Utilize the Internet, social media, LinkedIn, and professional networking channels to identify and source candidates.
3. Employer Branding - 10%
Support the development of the company LinkedIn recruitment page.
Assist with recruitment events and activities.
Act as an employer brand ambassador to candidates.
4. Administrative Tasks - 20%
Update recruitment dashboards and interview sheets daily.
Send daily interview feedback to Hiring Managers.
Provide weekly recruitment reports to the Manager.
Support other HR-recruitment tasks as assigned by the Manager or company.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree.
1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferable.
Good evaluation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Exceptional work ethic with strong values and principles.
Detail-oriented and customer-service-oriented.
