Technical Manager - Senior solution architect (Good English)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead technical delivery, support pre-sales activities, and drive technology innovation across client projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a practical understanding of how AI tools can enhance software development, project delivery, and team productivity.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
❖ Lead solution design and technical delivery for enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
❖ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
❖ Ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
❖ Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
❖ Participate in client meetings, discovery workshops, and solution discussions.
❖ Analyze client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
❖ Support proposal preparation, effort estimation, architecture design, and technical presentations.
❖ Promote the adoption of AI-powered development practices within engineering teams.
❖ Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical use cases for business and project needs.
❖ Drive continuous improvement initiatives using modern engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
Requirements
❖ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
❖ Minimum 10 years of experience in software development or solution delivery.
❖ At least 4 years of experience in a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Engineering Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
❖ Proven experience participating in pre-sales activities and customer-facing engagements.
❖ Experience delivering enterprise-scale web, eCommerce, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
❖ Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
❖ Hands-on experience with one or more technology stacks such as Java, Golang, PHP, [protected info], Python, or similar.
❖ Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and productivity platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or equivalent solutions.
❖ Good communication in English (verbal and written).
