Assistant Manager- Commercial, to lead customer acquisition initiatives and drive sustainable revenue growth. This key role plays a critical part in maintaining the company's competitiveness and fostering innovation. Based in Hanoi, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies and presenting well-structured business plans to senior management.
Responsibilities
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by developing new customers and building them into long-term key accounts in the Home & Personal Care Ingredients market, with a strong focus on Southern Vietnam.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and account development plans aligned with overall business objectives to ensure sustainable market expansion.
• Identify and develop new customer segments, applications, and business opportunities by proactively analysing market needs and industry trends.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships by deeply understanding customers' technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements, positioning the company as a trusted solution partner.
• Manage sales projects end-to-end, from initial inquiry, technical trials, and pricing negotiation to commercial orders, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
• Work closely with internal technical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to support product trials, project development, accurate forecasting, and smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities, risks, and differentiation strategies.
• Prepare and present structured sales plans, account updates, revenue forecasts, and market insights to management.
