Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Technical Support AM ($1100, ID-13650)
Manage Authorized Service Center
Implement programs and training courses on a regular basis to improve warranty/repair
Receive and resolve all client requests and complaints about product quality.
Advise customers on repairing requests via phone, email, or internal customer management system.
Forward customer requests to related department and monitor to ensure customer requests are implemented accurately and on time.
Create a customer data management system and collaborate with stakeholders to implement customer
development programs.
Ensure that resolved customer requests/complaints data is sufficiently updated and accurate.
Create a management system and manage activities related to receiving and resolving customer complaints
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys

Requirement
Male/Female, Age:25-40 years old
Bachelor of Faculty of
TechnologyAt least 3 years experience in executive position, 1 year experience in electrical products field
Fluent at English
