General Marketing Responsibilities:
- Manage tesa's generic email accounts and lead management process in the CRM system for the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
- Support the development and coordination of customer gifts and promotional merchandise for SEA markets.
- Identify and qualify prospects and generate leads through various marketing and business development channels.
- Coordinate and support the rollout of global and regional marketing initiatives across SEA e.g. implement local product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities and other designated markets.
- Monitor and achieve KPIs as defined by the Strategic Marketing Manager, SEA.
- Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Colima (Contract) related to marketing activities and expenditures.
Marketing Communication & Digital:
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, including customer technical days, seminars, workshops, webinars, and exhibitions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral to support sales and business development activities.
- Translate, localize, and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timely updates.
- Adapt global and regional marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, and press releases for local markets.
- Support SEO and SEM initiatives in collaboration with the regional marketing communications team to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Utilize and manage digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, PIM, Google Analytics, and CRM marketing automation tools.
- Serve as a key user of the CRM system (MS Dynamics), ensuring effective lead management and data quality across SEA.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain and update product and marketing data on tesaPRO (tesa's e-commerce platform).
What We're Looking For
- Graphic design skills with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro), or similar tools.
- Proficiency in AI-powered tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, Google Flow, Canva AI, and other AI platforms to support marketing activities and content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Experience in digital marketing campaign management is an advantage.
- Experience organizing and coordinating customer events, seminars, workshops, webinars, and trade exhibitions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and marketing tools.
