Mô tả công việc
• Lead and manage the Testing team (Manual and
Automation testers), evaluating team performance and fostering a positive work culture.
• Ensure team expertise meets customer requirements and support professional development through coaching and mentoring.
• Estimate testing efforts, allocate resources, and plan testing activities for projects.
• Collaborate with HR to build and strengthen the Testing department.
• Oversee the quality of multiple projects, identify and manage risks proactively.
• Provide accurate, timely reports to stakeholders and customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities.
• Take full responsibility for planning, implementing, and managing quality assurance testing for banking and fintech products, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the quality of unit tests conducted by
developers, and design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Develop strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the testing team.
• Review and update testing tools and processes to stay aligned with industry trends.
Yêu cầu
● At least 8 years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
● English proficiency is preferred.
● Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman and JMeter.
● Knowledge of Banking, Securities, and Fintech industries.
● Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams of over 8 .
● Expertise in automation testing, performance testing, regression testing, and defect management.
● Ability to work in multi-location and international environments, with a willingness to travel when needed.
