Toshiba Vietnam is looking for a
Trade Marketing Executive to support the execution of nationwide consumer promotion programs for home appliances and consumer electronics. This role offers valuable exposure to promotion management, budget tracking, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a multinational environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPromotion Execution
Support the implementation of consumer promotion campaigns nationwide.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
Assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Consolidate market and promotion-related data for reporting purposes.
Data & Reporting
Collect and consolidate data to monitor promotion performance.
Track promotion budgets and spending; provide regular reports to line manager.
Support data cleaning, formatting, and preparation for analysis.
Prepare periodic reports and presentations as required.
Vendor & Project Administration
Coordinate and follow up with vendors on project execution and timelines.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, quotations, invoices, and payment requests.
Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
Maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation.
Cross-functional Coordination
Support communication and collaboration among internal departments and external partners.
Monitor project timelines and proactively highlight potential risks or delays.
Follow up on action plans and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Support other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales.
Fresh graduates with strong learning agility and a passion for Marketing are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to read and write English for work-related communication, including emails, reports, and documentation.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with data and numbers.
Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
