Mô tả công việc
Taking utmost care of existing clients by providing best services, in term of:
Order executing (fastest, most accurate way)
Trading confirmation (timely, accuracy) and other backoffice task, if needed
Market intelligence exchanging (regularly and onrequest - daily chattingby phone, Yahoo Messenger/Skype, email and face-to-face meeting)
Guiding new clients to:
Open securities accounts.
Understand market/trading regulations.
Understand MAS trading system & services.
Make short market statistics and stock market news translation and send to clients.
Handling OTC deals.
Handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
Fresh graduates, and 1-2 year working experience in Securities firm, especially on Institutional department of Securities company is referred.
Fluent in English in both verbal and written.
Bachelor's or above degree is required.
Strong decision making, problem solving and detailed-oriented skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
