I. JOB PURPOSE:
•Execute job related to training & capacity development for internal employees as well as company's clients staffs.
•Co-ordinate with trainers to deal with other requirements.
II. ROLE & REBONSIBILITIES:
1. Organization & Manage training operations:
- Plan & follow training/ coaching execution as assigned
− Training preparation: venue, engagement, check-in/out, classroom, materials, training tools,...
− Training report: photos, attendance, course evaluation,... to manager & customers
− Follow up after training: provide additional instruction, Q&A, coaching,... via zalo, whataspp,...
2. Training & coaching delivery:
− Conduct the training content according to assigned plan
− Manage training activities, trainees within class
− Coaching for capability enhancement (online & on field as planned)
3. Develop training program:
− Training needs analysis
− Propose training program
− Build, revise, translate training materials
− Field visiting
4. Others job:
− Make periodic reports as required of customer/manager
− Other jobs arising from manager & project's requirement
III. AUTHORITY:
− Training class control according to Training regulations of company
− Connect customer/ relevant departments/ employees to handle work within the limit responsibilities

V. REQUIREMENTS ON STANDARD WORK, CAPACITY :
1. Knowledge:
− Education: College or Upper level
− Expertise: Sale in FMCG, Human Resource Management; Training Management,
− Computer: Office tool (Word, Excel, PPT,...),
− Language: Intermediate (English)
2. Experience: At least 2-year of experience in training
