Translator cum Interpretor (Biên Phiên Dịch)

Interpretation and Translation
• Responsibilities for interpretation and translation works; and build up of technical dictionary Vietnamese - English, explaining the various technical terms to be used in the day to day running of the Project.
Administrative Tasks
• Collaborate with TL/DTL to set up all working procedures, filing systems and accounting system for Project office.
• Attend as required by TL/DTL meetings and workshops between project consultants with project stakeholders in IMA and related entities.
• Become proficient and apply quality control of reports before delivering, related to editing, formatting, binding and good delivery of such documents; use of MS software, and PPP will be required.
• Ensure all filing/reports are in proper order and updated/ complete at all times.
• Assist with the admin for time sheets, processing as requested by Hanoi office.
• Care and control of fixed assets belonging to the project office (assets to be recorded on an inventory list) and organization of regular maintenance schedule for office equipment/assets.
• Oversee implementation of office contracts (monitor electricity consumption, office, etc.).
Organizational Tasks
• Keep information on individual team member schedules and workplans and timesheets up-to-date and readily available.
• Support International and National Consultants in discussion with the project partners in implementation of project activities.
• Assist the TL/DTL and IMA to arange and organize workshop, meetings with different project partners when required including logistic, interpretation and translation works.
• Support international and national experts to carry out their activities at project level.
• Support TL and DTL in preparing reports.
