• Develop and execute transportation business strategies and annual operational plans.
• Lead and manage the Transportation Department, including resource allocation, performance management, coaching, and team development.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement new projects.
• Oversee transportation operations, service quality, contract execution, and issue resolution.
• Manage transportation tenders, pricing, cost analysis, and profitability to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and internal control systems.
• Lead safety programs, risk assessments, accident investigations, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor operational costs and manage P&L performance of transportation services.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, with strong expertise in transportation operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in fleet management and 5 years in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership, business planning, operational management, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of transportation regulations, safety management, and logistics operations.
• Good financial acumen, analytical skills, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
