Freight Forwarding Operations Executive - English Speaking (Night Shift | WFH)

Baylink Shipping is a US-based freight forwarding company headquartered in New York, providing logistics and transportation solutions to customers worldwide.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Freight Forwarding Operations Executive to support our international freight forwarding operations. In this role, you will coordinate ocean and/or air shipments with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and logistics partners around the world while ensuring smooth end-to-end shipment execution.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, communicate daily in English, and gain hands-on exposure to global logistics operations while working hours aligned with US business hours.

• Night Shift. Working hours aligned with New York business hours. USD 10 Night Shift Allowance per 1 working night.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Day Shift team to coordinate ocean freight and/or air freight shipments.
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, trucking companies, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare, review, and issue shipping documentation, including BLs, Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, Pre-alerts, and other freight forwarding documents.
• Track shipment status and proactively communicate updates to customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Process vendor invoices and issue debit notes when required.
• Investigate and resolve shipment issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies in coordination with relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and international shipping regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales, and Operations teams to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
