JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Talent Development Assistance:
Support talent development efforts, including identifying and nurturing potential scrum masters.
Assist in recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and ongoing training for agile practitioners.
Maintain documentation and records related to talent development programs.
2. Project Management Support:
Provide administrative and logistical support for agile projects and initiatives.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
Prepare reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of agile practices and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
Ability to design, develop, and deliver training or coaching for adults with appropriate learning principles.
Ability to use data analysis tools and report generation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills and be able to convey important clearly and effectively (both in English & Vietnamese)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
