Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Exhibition
Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing efforts for Coex Vina's exhibitions in Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting both Vietnamese and international companies to participate in our prestigious events.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential exhibitors and sponsors in the field of industrial and manufacturing, both within Vietnam and internationally.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, including reaching out to industry leaders, associations, and organizations to promote exhibition participation.
Sales and Partnership Building: Cultivate relationships with key industry players and decision-makers, both locally and globally, to secure exhibitors and sponsors for the event.
Customized Proposals: Prepare tailored exhibition proposals and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of participation to potential clients.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate exhibition and sponsorship agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Manage contract documentation and payments.
Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns to promote the exhibition, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
Attend Industry Events: Represent Coex Vina at industry-related events and trade shows to network and generate interest in our exhibition.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or an industrial-related field
Proven track record in
business development, sales, or marketing, with a minimum of [3] years of relevant experience in event management or the industrial and manufacturing industry.
Strong network and relationships within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages (written and spoken).
