- Manage and oversee all Recruitment, Training, and C&B activities.
- Develop HR plans, budgets, and strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
- Lead the HR team and ensure recruitment quality and timely fulfillment of manpower needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training and employee development programs.
- Manage salary, bonus, benefits, social insurance, personal income tax, and employee policies.
- Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and KPI performance evaluation systems.
- Analyze HR data, control personnel costs, and propose optimization solutions.
- Advise the Board of Directors on organizational structure, manpower planning, and HR matters.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a management position.
- Proven hands-on experience in Recruitment, Training, and C&B.
- Strong ability to develop HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Good knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax, and related regulations.
- Strong management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and experience in KPI-based HR management.
- Good English communication skills.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the mechanical, construction, or manufacturing industry, or in companies with more than 200 employees.
