Operational management:
Resolve customer complaints for serious cases
Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a Preventative Maintenance
Control Profit & Loss (i.e plan attainment) by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
Representatives of Ops Division work directly with the Departments in charge of store-related work in the area in charge
Coordinate the development and completion of processes, regulations and policies related to the Operations Division.
Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction on channels meet the company&039;s standard
Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing store team
Recommend suitable MKT programs for stores in the area
Manpower management:
Recruit, interview, and hire team members; conduct performance appraisals, take discipline action, motivate and train store team
Build and develop the successor team for the stores
Implement activities and events to engage staff
Coordinating the development of training materials, professional training & skills for staff
Others:
Other professional tasks as assigned by the
Operations Manager.

Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
Knowledge:
Priority is given to candidates with experience in increasing revenue, managing performance, operating work and controlling costs
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or 3 years in a Senior
Store Manager in chain restaurants
Understand how to apply professional chain restaurant operating procedures and regulations
