Mô tả công việc
• Abnormal issues : own settle down under responsibility. Report to Superiors to have promptly support if any issue over capacity
• Following up the shipments , having documents submitted by Suppliers, getting carrier MBL, issuing Debit note + arranging payment to carriers within requested lead time
• Other tasks upon requested
• Co-ordinate with Supplier to receive full set of documents
• Studying SOP
• Proactively Co-ordinating with team members to share daily workload if needed
• Verifying booking details, seek approval from Customers if any discrepancies
• Get training as scheduled,
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers/suppliers/carriers to perform better as well as find opportunities for service development
• Enhance self-skills to perform better in current role.
• Receiving shipment file from Booking member/Supervisor
• Continuing follow up carriers to get update if any changes on sailing schedule to notice to Buyer on time.
• Having system done by updating all required steps and close shipments monthly.
• Getting Carrier's booking confirmation and release to Suppliers after all discrepancy approved
Yêu cầu
At least 2 year experience in Forwarding, Logistics field
Fair English competence
Customer service mind-set
Good knowledge in international freight forwarding
University of economic, foreign trade, foreign language or social science.
Communicate persuasively
