Main products for this job are:
Crypto P2P Lending: This is a growing product, which we'd love to expand to more international markets. Users earn interest on their idle cryptos with our P2P crypto-lending platform that has been trusted by more than 180,000 users
Fiat P2P lending: This is one of the strongest products at MyConstant with a consistent user growth. We offer individual investors a great opportunity to lend money online and earn up to 20x better interest than a CD. With us they earn up to 7% APR by investing in P2P loans to people and businesses around the world
Responsibilities:
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
Answering questions about products or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and persuade them to deposit/ invest more into our platform

Requirements:
Willing to work on nightshifts: 22:00 PM to 06:00 AM OR 23:00PM to 7:00AM from Mon - Fri
2+ years of experience in Customer Success/Sales or relevant field, (having a background of working experience in finance is a great advantage)
Fluency in English
Working from home is acceptable and fully remote
KPI - driven, young and dynamic, creative mindset, detail-oriented, always be curious, always learning
