Job Purpose: This role is to focus on projects and initiate policies for GA transformation
Job Responsibilities:
• Other tasks assigned by management level
• Work with AD
Communication team to support GA and manage all kinds of communication together with change management plan (risk detection & mitigation in terms of business and people) related to GA Transformation initiatives
• Supervise the execution plan and evaluate the effectiveness of development/expansion programs to find the gap among execution-policy and propose solution
• Translate from PVA Strategy to policies and tools for sale force, including but not limited to GA model/GAD/GA Staff ... to achieve about sales performance, GA development, product & promotion implementation,
customer service standard, GA SLA, GA development and retention...
• Work with relevant stakeholders within PVA and PCA to initiate projects/policies in line with GA&039;s operating model in terms of quality and quantity.
• Partner with key relevant stakeholders (AD/ATD/GAM/DA&I) to analyze the GA performance and GA Operational effectiveness and recommend solutions/corrective actions to management level and/or assigned GA to accelerate GA productivity - In charge to drive solutions/corrective actions being well implemented at the assigned GA
• Provide frequent tracking/monitoring report on initiatives launched
Job Accountability:
• Ensure GA&039;s key influencers (GAD/SM/Agency Leaders/Core agent/GA Staff) be able to run operating model/transformation
• Ensure the process create smooth user (stakeholders, agents) experience to improve productivity/environment/culture in GA
• Ensure the effective communications throughout the implementation to enforce the process.
• Evaluate areas of transformation to upgrade GA to next level by doing proposal/initiating policies/program
• Ensure the communication plan and change management plan are well executed to salesforce
• Identify key influencers in GA to develop and transfer know-how of GA operating model
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet the requirements.
Qualifications: University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance.
