** Talent Acquisition
- Ensuring that all recruitment administration is completed in a timely manner in conjunction with the HR Assistant
- Ensure that all position have a job description
- Screen CVs and complete first stage interviews for professional and support staff as required
- Logging all recruitment and applicant activity on Ansell System
- Managing the all recruitment in plant (shop floor & professional)
- Set-up recruitment KPIs
- Liaising with agencies and organizing the advertising of roles internally and externally as appropriate in conjunction with the HR Assistant
- Scheduling interviews as required in conjunction with the HR Assistant
- Assist the HR Manager in the production of job descriptions and identifying key competencies for each role
** Joiners and Leavers
- Conduct the first day HR induction for all new joiners, transfers, maternity/paternity returners, etc. ensuring they receive the appropriate level of induction
- Ensure the effectiveness of the on-boarding program to all New Hires.
- Conduct the exit interview of all Leavers and work with line managers on corrective actions if any.
** Employee Relations/ Engagement
- Assist with a whole range of employee relation issues as and when they arise
- Dismissal, grievances and redundancy issues - assist with these processes as required and manage the administration
- Have a thorough understanding of HR law in particularly relating to contracts, terms and conditions, discrimination, maternity / paternity, dismissal processes, grievances, etc.
- Organize and manage all employee activities
- Monitor and improve turn-over rate and absenteeism rate as per set-up target
** Clinic
- Responsible for Clinic & Canteen operation to ensure in compliance with local requirement.
** General
- Respond to ad hoc HR queries on a day-to-day basis
- Attend whatever responsibilities assigned by HR Head from time to time
