Reporting and analytics
Coordinate with Program Advisors to manage data requirements to qualify potential leads
Cross campus support
Develop and manage data warehousing framework to support data accuracy and quality
Ensure the data warehousing frameworks, performance dashboards, templates and workflow settings are implemented nationwide
The Role
CRM Management
Develop policies and maintain data security and protection measures
The role is directly responsible for all data processes from data entry, data analytics and data report to shape recruitment strategy.
The Operations data analyst sits within Saigon South Student Recruitment team.
Perform data audits to monitor prospective pool sizes and segments
Oversee all user accounts, access permissions and authority levels
Maintain all sales performance dashboards and reports and ensure for consistency with SRS data
Develop the CRM capabilities to meet changing business requirements and to capture changing trends, insights and customer profiles

Your Responsibilities
About RMIT Vietnam
Conduct ongoing training for sales team members and other internal stakeholders to ensure new system developments are communicated
Develop automation flows to enhance recruitment efficiencies
Analyse sales data to provide for business intelligence and sales insights
Yêu cầu
Experience producing a variety of reports based on quantitative data.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar data collection or analysis position
Free use of onsite gym
Experience using scripting language (e.g., visual basic for applications or similar) for access and excel
Demonstrated complex issue resolution and decision-making skills including the ability to seek relevant additional information.
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Business/Statistics)
