Mô tả công việc
Key Role and Responsibilities
· Build risk data strategy and develop data engineer to innovate data science products to meet Risk division needs and
leads scoring models.
· Own the risk data lifecycle from ingest and automated quality checks, to discovery and usage, and database setup.
· Designing and building dimensional ETL processes, efficient risk data structures, risk data models, data warehouse
concepts and methodologies, and optimizing data pipelines and architecture.
· Set up, develop, and maintain datamart for Machines Learning (ML) enabled eco-system including job orchestration,
feature store, fitting models, and hyperparameter tuning methods.
· Develop set processes for data mining, and data collection required for model development with data governance.
Maintain and store database for model development and reporting
· Identify, design, and implement internal data process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data
delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
· Validation of external data quality and creating detailed, comprehensive and, well-structured test plans and test cases.
· Monitoring complex data issues, evaluating algorithmic approaches, and examining data to resolve issues
Prepare and execute test scenarios, log defects, evaluate quality risk, and report potential impact.
· Mentor and coach junior team&039;s members to enhance their data engineering capability.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team and support with a personal development
plan.
· Undertake tasks assigned by the Head of the department.
Competencies
· Possess an in-depth understanding of the data structures and governance.
· Assemble large, complex structured and unstructured data sets that meet Risk & business requirements. Commit to
effective service level agreements (SLAs) with divisions.
· Create a good working environment, ensure your team performance and behavior meet all the company guidelines and
strive for best practices
Yêu cầu
Key Requirements
· Preferably a Bachelor&039;s or Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, quantitative analysis, data science, or information
technology.
· 5+ years of relevant experience in data warehouse design with modern data capability including scripting, developing,
database technologies, cloud technologies, and programming frameworks (e.g. Python, R, Scala, Java,...)
debugging, and using big data technologies on amazon web services AWS (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or Tableau),
· Skills with big data framework and data modeling. Experience working with data scientists to operationalize machine
learning models to make use of the power of machine learning.
· Clear communication skills in written and verbal forms (English and Vietnamese). Ability to deal with complex problems
· Eager to learn new tools, languages, and technologies
· Experience with third-party libraries
involving multiple facets, variables and situations where only limited standardization exists.
· Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace and Can-Do attitude.
