Sales & Marketing Management
Be responsible for business plans, budget, report market, competitors, products and prices&039; changes, taking part of market analysis, suggest policies and promotions
Implementing Sales & Marketing Strategy and handling all channels of sales in the territory: Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia (SMM), the position SM only for North Vietnam
In charge of price policies, positioning new products to the market, bonus and program and other activities to motivate team
Be responsible for demand forecasts, cooperate with supply chains for a good supply service to customers, and promotions and sales plan to clear and prevent aging stocks
Directly in charge in Sales and Relation Management of Key Accounts, with decision makers of MNC. Organizing team to maintain and develop existing customers
Evaluate reports and performance and competency of each employee on a regular basis, e.g.: weekly / monthly / quarterly / year.
Cooperate with technical sales and after-sales service team to ensure a good consultancy, demo of products and the best after-sales service to FDI, big local manufacturers as well as SME throughout Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia or North Vietnam's Sales and Service Team of Jewelry Business Unit for SM Hanoi
In charge of sales & Marketing HR Management: set sales target, OKRs, supervising team leaders of all business units, train, coach and develop team with international competencies
Marketing and Business Development
Depending on competency and experience can be member or lead CRM, Web, Call center, Omni channels' sales projects.
Supervising Marketing team on branding new company and products brands, with emphasizing on digital marketing and social media communication
Develop teams and executing business entrance to some high- tech industries such as electroplating, precision casting and moulding, Cadcam,.. for supporting industries in electronics, semiconductors, etc.
Yêu cầu
Strong leadership, training, coaching skills. continuous learning attitude and willingness to share
Active usage of social media for sales and marketing. Be familiar with modern management tools: Sales Forces, CRM, Omni channels sales,.. is a plus
English: high level, good communication skills both verbal and writing
Experience in a professional working environment of sales and service of foreign customers, especially Korean and Japanese customers
Good analytical skills, hard-working, service mindset and continuous learning attitude
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management. Multi channels sales and distribution or industrial sale is an advantage
University Degree, experienced with both international and Vietnamese living or working environment is a plus
