Mô tả công việc
• Develop strong & productive relationships across all the business divisions
• Monitoring and reporting basic operational: call, coverage, master list and morning session
• Lead the implementation of new projects, set up team, control resources and progressBuild winning spirit culture in the team
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors&039; activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Build and maintain effective Customer and Supplier relationships.
• In charge of defining concept for brand, managing its development and expansion thereafter; also taking responsibility for financial figures, resources management, implementation of the procedures and action plans in order to achieve indicated targets.
• Functional knowledge & experience:
+ Strategy, Commercial, Marketing, Retail operations
+ Ability to quickly envision or grasp ideas found in other markets. Acting with a sense of urgency, demonstrate a predisposition towards action with a corresponding thoroughness in assessing ideas so as to minimize economic risk.
• Managing discounts and other expenses
• Other tasks assigned by CM

• Computer literate (excel and power point) and able to do presentation
• Proactive and assertive
• Bachelor&039;s degree or above, majoring in Pharmaceutical, Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years experiences in pharmaceutical Sales as Sales Manager
• Integrity and Cooperative
• Good customer and territory knowledges
• Good command in English
