Key objectives
- To achieve the desired customer service level (CSL) at an optimized level of inventory while considering costs (D&S) and maintaining the flexibility to adapt to market requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Demand planning to reflect the latest sales trend and prepare master production schedule (MPS) and distribution requirements plan (DRP) in monthly/weekly/daily bucket to fulfil customer demand at a balanced inventory level.
- Involve in new product launch project and promotion programs; prepare proper stock management plan to slide in/ slide out smoothly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Stock policy review, production EOQ, lead time reliability, D&S cost optimization, supply chain visibility, process automation, digitalization...).
- Create and maintain Master data for on SAP system, ensuring master data correctness and proper housekeeping of transactional data.
- Manage to reduce and prevent Slow moving and Obsolete stock (SLOB) & backward expiry date; highlight to Aging inventory controller for action accordingly.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Work closely with cross-functional team (Demand Planning, Quality control, Detailed scheduling, Customer Care) to ensure stock availability on daily basis, in consideration of production cycle, maintenance schedules and logistics cost.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Industrial and System Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and other relevant disciplines.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Demand/Supply/Material/Production/Scheduling in FMCG/Retail is preferred. Being active members of the Youth Union, Student association or participating in extracurricular activities, or academic competitions is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong data analytic skills and high proficiency in using Excel; knowledge of Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, and basic programming skills is a plus.
- Be proactive, take ownership, accountable with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a good command of English.
