Key Responsibilities
1. Fraud Analytics & Prevention
- Analyze large datasets to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, and potential risk indicators.
- Develop fraud triggers, rules, scores, and prevention strategies for products, services, and customer segments.
- Monitor fraud trends and evaluate the effectiveness of fraud prevention measures.
- Recommend data-driven solutions to minimize fraud risks and potential losses.
2. Fraud Detection & Early Warning System
- Lead the development and enhancement of fraud detection and Early Warning System (EWS) capabilities.
- Act as the business/Product Owner for fraud detection-related initiatives, working with Data, Technology, Risk, and relevant business teams.
- Define requirements, detection logic, alert mechanisms, and performance criteria.
- Continuously optimize fraud rules, warning signals, and detection mechanisms based on actual fraud patterns and business needs.
3. Fraud Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop and maintain fraud KPIs, dashboards, and management reports covering fraud trends, rule effectiveness, and alert outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Manage and maintain the Blacklist and other preventive measures in accordance with company policies and regulations.
4. Team Leadership
- Lead, manage, and develop the Fraud Analytics team.
- Set team objectives, allocate resources, monitor performance, and ensure KPI achievement and compliance.
- Coach team members and build a data-driven, proactive, and high-performance team.
