Job Description
Attract, negotiate, and manage day-to-day relationships with Creators in social media platforms TikTok.
Build long-term relationships with valuable Creators.
Brainstorm strategy and help develop content planning.
Create a brief based on a content plan and strategy.
Keep up with trends and give strategy recommendations based on data.
Monitor and optimize each Creator performance, make sure the campaign target is met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in communication or related major
Having experience in e-commerce or marketing is an advantage
Having at least 6 months to 1 years' experience as a KOL Specialist or any relevant.
Have strong communication, negotiating skills, & problem solving.
Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments.
Creative and proactive in identifying content trends and proposing executions.
