Webinar Manager (Virtual Event)

• Conduct, gather and analyze the market research to identify new webinar opportunities.
• Plan, manage, coordinate and execute all webinar programs & initiatives.
• Create, maintain and execute a webinar schedule.
• Take part and coordinate the process of content creation for webinars (presentations, landing pages, emails).
• Work with speakers and marketing to determine the most important topics for a webinar.
• Organize a registration and follow up process for each webinar.
• Post webinar surveys, polls, pop ups and act as a webinar moderator (if necessary) during a webinar.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer support, product management, etc.) to improve the quality of webinars.
• Evaluate the current webinar strategy and identify weaknesses.
• Measure the success of each webinar and report the results to management.
• Analyze webinar results and suggest improvements.
