Mô tả công việc
- Make delivery plan for customers.
- Control PO from the customers and closely working with customer for delivery to satisfy customer requirements.
- Handling precursor declaration and chemical declaration for imported cargo & exported cargo (if any)
- Control & manage NG & return NG to suppliers.
- Control & manage NG & replace to customers
- Be responsible to place PO to suppliers; follow up, and control this category of materials to meet the timing and reliability of the company.
- Based on Purchase Requisition, or forecast from Sale team, purchase materials per
purchasing procedure and company's policies.
- Take the lead in his/her job and ensure the workflow process runs smoothly.
- Other related jobs will be adjusted and assigned by manager.
- Report to the Section Manager.

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from university with related major such as: Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, etc.
- Female under 28, prefer candidates with 1-2 year experience in import-export, purchasing, and logistics (Fresher with related internship experience is also welcome)
- Having related experience in the Plastics or Chemical fields is a plus
- Good knowledge of incoterms
- Business English
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Good Problem-Solving Skills, Hard working, responsible, and reliable person
- Ability to work under high pressure, and can work overtime
