- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to students and parents
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer service (education industry experience is a plus)
- Minimum 12 years of experience in related field (sales, sale management and promotion, product development, customer service, in the banking and finance sector for the retail segment)
- The job holder responsible to manage all the business opportunities of different customer segments through the consulting channels of RBG Division through:
- Prepare requirement specifications from customer journeys and define needs
- Develop and manage user manuals / guidelines, materials, customer support scripts
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center customer service, minimum of 6 months of night shift (annual compensation 360 - 510M VNĐ per year)
- Have sought knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- 1-3 years of experience in a center customer service email support, minimum of 6 months of night shift (annual compensation 300 - 450M VNĐ per year)
- Have sought knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously refine our products and services, ensuring a customer-centric approach at every touchpoint
- Generate comprehensive reports on customer service performance, subscriber engagement, and delivery processes, illuminating key insights to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure seamless integration of claims processing with policy administration and customer service platforms
- Engage with Techcombank's distribution and risk teams to develop claims service standards that meet customer expectations
- Customer-Centric Approach - Ability to ensure policy service operations enhance the overall customer experience
- Work with IT and digital teams to automate policy servicing processes and integrate customer self-service portals
- Together with Murata internal personnel to build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty and total customer satisfaction by:
- Conducting customer demand update/ analysis and keep up with market trend/technology
- Handle exception shipments with couriers and customer service
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday ([protected info] or as arranged by the supervisor)
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up
