DAEWOO VINA ([protected info]) is now recruiting 01 Admin - HR, with at least 2 years of experience.
Job duties will include but not limited to the following:
• Recruitment, make labor contracts, appendix, decision, termination of employment.
• Time keeping & Salary computation
• PIT calculation & finalization; dependent registration for local staff.
• Welfare follow-up and payment, insurance procedures for local staff.
• Coordinate with HO to make visa, work permit, resident cards for Managers & their family.
• Service contracts review & control: car, apartment, cleaning, printer, bulk purchase...
• Make payment requests: office supplies, credit card, flight tickets, etc
• General admin team's work, in charge of part-time workers, house maids, Vietnamese kitchen control
• Support in employee evaluation
• Other tasks requested by managers
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree
• Good at English
• 1-3 years of experience in equivalent positions
Benefit:
• Gross salary: Negotiate based on working experience & skills
• Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to Labour Law
• 13th salary, 12 days annual leave and others benefit in special days.
• Working time: Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday morning: 7:30 am - 11:30 am
• Working place: Site office at Site 6, Infra Phase II
