I. Admin Executive: 1
1. Location: Dist 3, HCMC
2. Job decription:
- Draft, synthesize and archive records, papers (contracts, decisions...)
- Prepare for meetings, interviews or parties, receptions;
- Monitor and distribute of office supplies (desks, chairs, computers, ...);
- Check, compare office expenses incurred and make advance / payment: Monitor and check the cost of lighting electricity and air conditioning, parking registration; courier; drinking water; printer rental and ink refilling; other office expenses (Trade union, ceremony, worship ...)
- Assist People and Culture Director in changing legal documents;
- Trade union (Birthday, wedding, funeral, welfare...)
- Buy and distribute stationery;
- Other tasks as assigned by the People and Culture Director and BOD.
II. Receptionist Premium Clinic: 1
1. Location: Dist 1, HCMC
2. Job decription:
- Handle all phone calls to the clinic;
- Schedule appointments for clients in the CRM and maintain them as required;
- Remind clients about their appointments;
- Welcome guests to the clinic, responding to their inquiries;
- Cashier & invoice issuing;
- Input client data into CRM;
- Support other functions as required;
- Keep the overall clinic nice and clean;
- Ordering and monitoring supplies as needed;
- Other tasks as required by the Management Board.
III. Customer Service Executive: 2
1. Location: Dist 3, HCMC - Ba Dinh Dist, Hanoi
2. Job decription:
- Receive calls, consult information and resolve customer complaints related to the company's products;
- Record customer reviews and feedback;
- Follow customer care processes, find measures to continuously improve the company's customer care activities;
- Measure customer service satisfaction, service quality, customer care quality on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis;
- Report the work results to the Manager, propose solutions to improve and improve the service quality of the company;
- Responsible for periodic and ad hoc reports as required by Manager;
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager when appropriate.
Yêu cầu
I. Admin Executive:
- Graduated from Universities specialized in administration or related major;
- 1- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Ability to speak and translate English documents;
- Proficient in office informatics, agile, good-looking and good at communicating;
- Honestly, hardworking.
II. Receptionist Premium Clinic:
- At least 2 years of experiences in Front desk, Customer services, Receptionist. Preference is given to those with work experiences in Hospitality services, skincare/healthcare industry or similar;
- Be able to communicate with clients in English;
- College graduate majoring in Business Administration, Hospitality, English, or any related fields;
- Appointment scheduling and cashiering skills are highly preferred;
- Detail-oriented, confident, responsible;
- Active, flexible, and a good problem-solver;
- Open-minded, positive attitude, team-player.
III. Customer Service Executive:
- College graduate majoring in Business Administration, Hospitality, English, or any related fields, with at least 1 years of progressive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a start-up company;
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required;
- Having a positive attitude towards customers;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power point. Having good command in English;
- Excellent in communication, no lisp or dialect;
- Experience in working with customer support systems and tools is an advantage;
- Having knowledge in medical technology, health insurance is preferred;
- Working shift (Shift 1 From 8:00 to 17:00; Shift 2 From 12:00 to 21:000 - WFH: 16:00-21:00)
