JOB PURPOSE

From supporting students with inquiries and uniform purchases to coordinating tours and assessments for new families, your efforts will make a real difference in creating a welcoming and efficient school environment. You'll also assist in the daily arrival and departure of our youngest learners and play a key role in maintaining accurate school records. KEY RESULTS AREA
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
RECEPTION TASK
1.1. Support current students and their families with inquiries, directing them as appropriate according to school policy. This includes:
• (Issuing/Reissuing) school ID cards
• Recording early departures
• Reporting absences
• Handling school uniform purchases (including cashier services)
• Receiving and directing parcels delivered to students and staff
1.2. Provide ad-hoc administrative support to various school departments (academics, administration) with tasks such as:
• Postage and mail handling
• Printing
• Ordering supplies
• Supporting daily class attendance checks
• Preparing daily meal reports for the entire school
• Communicating with parents on behalf of the academic office and finance department
• Monitoring and supporting general operations at the EYC building, including bus services, meal catering, security, and hygiene
• Assisting with school events
1.3. Assist with the daily arrival and departure of our youngest learners by:
• Greeting children and parents, and supporting them with check-in and check-out procedures
• Assisting the Head of EYC in escorting children from the bus
ADMISSIONS TASK
▪ Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents through the general Admissions phone line, ensuring a positive, straightforward, and engaging experience.
▪ Manage and update data on school systems, such as iSAMS/Salesforce, in an accurate and timely manner.
▪ Coordinate directly with parents and teaching staff to ensure all necessary information and documents are provided for the completion of the application and enrolment steps in the Parent Experience Journey.
▪ Coordinate the booking of tours and assessments with families, the Admissions team, and the wider school faculty.
▪ Act as an invigilator for both online and offline entrance assessments.
▪ Handle admission leads assigned by managers with the goal of successfully converting prospective families into enrolled students. Create unique and engaging experiences for them.
▪ Provide feedback and share best practices with other members of the Admissions team and the wider school community.
