• Ensure full knowledge of programmes and school requirements.
• Serve as a contact point for enquiries, engage with parents and provide information on programmes, curriculum, structure and preferential promotions (if any).
• Seek clarification from Office Manager for any response, if in doubt.
• Collaborate closely with the administrative team to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
• Schedule appointments for consultation and school tours. Receive all parents in a courteous and professional manner. Understand parents' needs and provide relevant programme information for their consideration.
• Participate in school events, Open Days, education fairs, campaigns, etc. Work with the Marketing team to ensure marketing materials are up-to-date for the target audience and assist on relevant social media platforms.
• Track, analyse and report admissions activities, including enquiries, application status and enrolment progress.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of school policies, programmes and school fees.
• Update prospective parents' information accurately in the school management system.
• Submit fortnightly reports on enrolment status to the Head of Operations Department.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitor activities and insights across different regions.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or education admissions. Prior experience in the education industry is preferred. Candidates with a background in sales or customer front-line services in the retail and hotel are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Cheerful and positive disposition.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong proficiency in both Vietnamese and English spoken and written language skills.
