As the official representative of MG in Cambodia, you will act as the key liaison between Headquarters, Regional teams, and the local General Distributor. The role focuses on distributor coordination, market intelligence, issue resolution, and business reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact between MG Headquarters, Regional Office, and the Cambodian General Distributor.
• Communicate brand strategies, product updates, pricing policies, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate and follow up on distributor requests related to sales, aftersales, spare parts, logistics, and operations.
• Monitor distributor compliance with MG brand standards and customer service requirements.
• Identify operational issues and work with regional and HQ teams to drive solutions.
• Prepare regular market, competitor, and product feedback reports with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor changes in government regulations, automotive policies, and market trends.
• Conduct market visits to collect customer insights and competitor information.
• Support new product launches, executive visits, dealer events, and other regional projects.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience working with distributors, dealer networks, market analysis, or
business development is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent report-writing skills in English.
• Familiarity with the Cambodian automotive market.
• Khmer language proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia, Cambodia, China when required.
