About the Role
The Area
Sales Manager - North Vietnam is responsible for driving new revenue growth and building a sustainable sales engine across the full product portfolio spanning Coffee Solutions and Home Appliances. The role covers key channels including Key Projects, Key HoReCa, and Dealers, requiring strong cross-category commercial fluency and the ability to tailor solutions for diverse customer segments. Beyond channel execution, this role demands a highly adaptive mindset - someone who can get up to speed quickly on new categories, read evolving market signals, and act decisively to capture opportunities without waiting for top-down direction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales &
Business Development• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and market penetration for both Coffee and Home Appliances product portfolios.
• Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, distributors, dealers, and channel partners across Northern Vietnam.
• Lead commercial initiatives to accelerate the growth of the Coffee business and increase market share.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support product launches, promotional activities, and market development initiatives.
• Manage Key Projects pipeline with focus on new property openings, strategic hospitality accounts, and high-value B2B opportunities; coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate agility in picking up new product categories - quickly build working knowledge across both Coffee Solutions and Home Appliances to pitch the full portfolio with confidence; bring forward growth ideas proactively without waiting for top-down direction.
Customer & Channel Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, retailers, and business partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure effective execution of sales programs.
• Resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Planning & Reporting
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans for the branch.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and market insights to management.
• Ensure effective inventory planning and coordination with Supply Chain and Operations teams.
Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, coach, and develop the branch sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Establish clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Foster a high-performance and customer-focused sales culture.
