Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work with IT to develop/enhance agency systems and manage systems supporting the end-to-end agency operation.
• Govern and supervise the complete agency lifecycle from recruitment through termination.
• Manage agency movements, including appointments, transfers, promotions, suspensions, resignations, and terminations. Collaborate with Legal to prepare and maintain agency contracts, licensing documentation, and official correspondence.
• Supervise and analyze or coordinate periodic compliance and quality reviews to warn and ensure agency professionalism, integrity, and operational health.
• Take charge of projects of the department such as Agency Portal, E-Recruit, AMS ... and when needed.
• Be responsible to calculate, consolidate the MOC results which requires the accuracy.
• Be responsible to calculate, consolidate contest results, update contest results and making reporting for Sales Force in order to ensure the activity effectiveness of Agency force. The final result has to be released as the committed schedule.
• Post analysis the impact of contest to improve the effectiveness for the designs.
• Assist in creating auto-update tools for certain types of contests and perform the updating as the schedule which requires the accuracy.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree with relevant majors, (ex: Information Technology, Computer Science and Math; Finance - Banking, Insurance...). Preferably obtain some basic life insurance qualifications and fluency in data tools such as SQL, Oracle, MS Access, Power BI...
• At least 3 years' working experience as a same position for Life insurance company.
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance products, business processes, and data analytics would be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with data management and analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Oracle, or similar platforms...
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Agile learner who quickly adapts to new challenges, embraces change, and demonstrates a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Passionate about innovation and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and challenge conventional ways of working.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to deliver meaningful results.
• Understand the operations system in the insurance business.
• Results-driven and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects.
• Capable of guiding and motoring in people development.
• Good collaboration & build relationship with business partners, agents.
• Good communication & writing skills both in Vietnamese and English.
