Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Employment: Full-time
A. Key responsibility included but unlimited to:
1. Business plan:
• Prepare business data, reports, dashboard for relevant management purposes
• Follow-up/track the business / operational plan implementation and make adjustment if necessary.
2. New / renewal business servicing for assigned clients, lines of business.
• Provide information to potential clients, prospects (in case of new business)
• Prepare monthly renewal list, track/follow-up and contact the assigned clients for contract renewal (in case of renewal business).
• Collect, update client information, loss ratio... and send to UW for risk evaluation, risk survey (if required)
• Prepare draft quotation for new/renewal business or cross-sale offered to clients in compliance with MKT and UW guideline.
• Check the UW authority (referred or non-referred)
• Input necessary information to CPC system, and generate quotation as proposal.
• Refer the terms and condition to MKT's authorized management levels for approval (in case within MKT authority) or to UW (in case of over MKT authority)
• Submit the final quotation to clients and get client's confirmation
• Send final quotation to PA Dept. for issuance of insurance contract and supporting papers.
• Send contract and supporting papers (certificates, debit note...) to clients, and follow-up with clients to get sign-back of insurance contract for filings.
3. Premium collection and Outstanding management:
• Follow-up due date of premium payment by client.
• Receive, check premium paid list / unclear list sent by ACC Department.
• Reconcile with clients on premium payment and send back to ACC Dept for clearance of debtors.
• Remind and push clients to pay premium within due date.
• Remind clients on outstanding premium and follow-up clients' feedbacks / confirmation (if any)
• Take immediate action to proceed policy cancellation or bad debs write-off as per company guidelines / procedures.
4. Customer services and retention:
• Maintain and follow-up database of assigned existing clients.
• Follow up and respond to requests from clients, and handle relevant enquiries on products, service
• Take care of clients via visits, gift presentation and events/celebration.
• Provide training, presentation to clients when necessary.
• Cooperate with claims department in loss survey,
• Join Risk engineer in risk survey and/or loss control activities, workshop... if necessary.
5. Others tasks are assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines.
• At least 7 years of working experience in insurance or relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of non-life insurance, insurance products,
• Good understanding of sale/marketing, customer services principles, practices and market situation.
• Good English, both spoken/written.
• Computer literate with common MS office package (email, words, excel, PowerPoint...).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients.
• Team player, well organized, client focused and results oriented approach.
